Since 13 December 2024 the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applies. For many products, eBay sellers have to provide manufacturer details, an EU responsible person and safety and warning notices. dewabit gives you the right fields and can maintain this information across many listings at once.

dewabit is an official eBay Silver Solution Provider and works with the current eBay API, so your GPSR details end up in the correct eBay fields.
The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation (EU) 2023/988) is the EU's new product safety law. It applies since 13 December 2024 and covers almost all non-food consumer products you sell to consumers in the EU - including used items.
For eBay this means you have to add, among other things, the manufacturer, an EU-based responsible person and safety and warning notices to affected listings. Without this information eBay may restrict listings.
dewabit provides dedicated fields for all relevant GPSR details. You store the manufacturer, EU responsible person, safety and warning notices and documents right on the item - for a single item or for many at once.
That lets you update your whole inventory without touching every listing individually in the eBay interface.

The GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/988) is the EU-wide product safety regulation. It defines which safety information has to be provided for consumer products - which also affects listings on online marketplaces such as eBay.
The GPSR has been binding since 13 December 2024. Affected listings should contain the required details from that date on.
Depending on the product these include the manufacturer name and address, an EU-based responsible person with contact details, safety and warning notices and, where applicable, hazard labelling, energy labels and product documents. dewabit provides dedicated fields for all of these.
The GPSR generally also covers used consumer products. There are exceptions and special cases - whether and which details you have to provide in a specific case is something you should check yourself or clarify legally.
With dewabit's bulk editing you roll manufacturers, EU responsible persons, notices and other details out to many existing listings in one go - you do not have to edit each listing individually on eBay.
No. dewabit provides the fields and tools so you can capture the required details in a structured way and transfer them to eBay. You as the seller remain responsible for the accuracy and legal assessment; seek legal advice if in doubt.
