Since 13 December 2024 the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applies. For many products, eBay sellers have to provide manufacturer details, an EU responsible person and safety and warning notices. dewabit gives you the right fields and can maintain this information across many listings at once.

What is the GPSR?
The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation (EU) 2023/988) is the EU's new product safety law. It applies since 13 December 2024 and covers almost all non-food consumer products you sell to consumers in the EU - including used items.
For eBay this means you have to add, among other things, the manufacturer, an EU-based responsible person and safety and warning notices to affected listings. Without this information eBay may restrict listings.

What is the GPSR?

Does the GPSR also apply to used items?
